Found out yesterday that the insurance company I have for health care will be raising out rates as a result of the affordable care act impact and If nothing changes in my plan I will be due to pay over $450 MORE (that is in adition to what I pay now) every month. I am the epitome of middle class, I thought this was supposed to help me!!!......Luckily I have a good employer who is doing everything they can to get us insurance for less than the current company will be charging. Crazy that this has gone south for me personally when it has only been 1 week since the launch. I am not making a cover all statement on this administration but the affordable care act is clearly is not going well from the onset!
