Found some awesome education/information for those wanting to do their own thing at home or just starting at the gym. Dont forget it is important to strengthen/stabilize the joints before getting into more advanced workouts. Especially if not a very active person or just starting out. I still feel weak in the knees/hip joints and I look forward to doing these myself. If I hurt either, then I cant do the exercise. That is why it is important to take your time and use good form.
