Found the clients information in Tennessee. They had 2 updates - last one was in 2010. After 180 days my servers will pack the data into encrypted ZIP files. Once it packs it its given a system decryption password later generated from another place... like my terminal or the host site terminal when I ask for someone there to do so. Took the system a while to find it but it was there. Theyll file $61,680 in content loss, $45,000 housing loss, $16,800 vehicle losses (both cars were in the garage last night). My service will do the insurance claim forms automatically. HOW IT WORKS: We put all of the information in databases using Microsoft Office. They were created by me and then put before every insurance company for approval. Everything about a property is put in the original entry. Serial numbers, data purchased, the purchasers name, a picture of the item or items, a copy of the receipt to show ownership if its on a debit or credit card with a signature, registration information, a description of what the property is such as what it is,, the brand name, weight, height,, length, width, color, and so on. When the property (house or business) is completely cataloged the database is added to a series of mde files (Microsoft Database Engineering), for storage and password protected by the user. Later if a user needs the data or needs to update it he or she can using that password. We dont know the passwords... they call us and we update them. If a report for lost, stolen or destroyed property is necessary a single command will generate a full report on all of the property or properties they need a report filed on. It then sends that through internal secured channels for faxing or e-mail to the insurance company, or law enforcement agency that needs the data to do their work. Computer data from a client is also a part of the plan. If their computer crashes, well restore it like its never happened from the last backup they made. There are several plans to choose from. Monthly plans for $25 a month, yearly plans for $175 a year (a very big savings), and lifetime contracts for LIFE for $500 a contact per person. Lifetime contracts are for your entire life or if age 65 and over life plus 30-years after death with the estate and those the property goes to. Most choose the monthly plans. But lifetime plans are the most economical. The business will assist those who are in need and we have computer repair services offered for a fee. But in that same plan we offer one more service. Its called Hazard Protection. In the event of a hazard, such as severe weather, winter weather, flooding, wildfire,, Earthquake, and some solar (sun) activity that can disrupt electrical, telecommunications, and radio contact causing either risk to property or life we send out early morning messages to clients directly impacted by the event. Spotters are sent to protect against lightning where possible... example if at one of my locations where I have a 700-mile lightning detector in place with pinpoint detection, if we see a strike near a databased location we send someone to see if there is damage or a fire, unless they already have an alarm company in place. In events we take immediate photographs after and during the event to show insurance companies exactly what happened where possible. There are procedures we use for storms that identify the storm to allow for proper filing of reports. If you have any questions feel free to contact me by private message. Brian R Cross.
