Fountain Daily Devotional Saturday. November 29th 2014. STUDY : Acts 5:1-12 LET GOD ARISE. Psalms 68:1 Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. It is written concerning our Lord Jesus Christ, even before His birth to the world that He is for the rising and failing of many in Isreal and for a sign which will be spoken against. Gods word made it clear that it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God. We serve a loving Father, He is compassionate and His mercy endures forever. He is also the consuming fire which implies that when God arise, He scatters His enemies and consume them by fire. Wickedness and unrepented sins makes you an enemy to God. Quit your acts of wickedness, promptly repent of your sin and you will be save from His consuming fire when He arises. Psalm 102:13 made it clear that when God arise in His mercy He favors the saints. God will arise and consume all your enemies and He will arise for you in His mercy to favor you in Jesus name. PRAYER : Father, please arise and crush the enemy of the gospel in our nations in Jesus name
