Four-year-old Lucis is quite a looker & he has the disposition of a sweetie-pie to boot. Just take a gander at this mischievous little Scottish terrier. Lucis is a 25-pounder who has lived with children & cats amicably. He even tested well when exposed to strange dogs, rushing over to greet the newcomers with a wagging tail. His former caretaker says that Lucis barks at strangers - good little watchdog! The only reason that he’s suggested for an experienced owner without children is because he was just a tad possessive of his food bowl. In other words we’re telling you that Lucis exhibits all the characteristics of a typical terrier. This brown-eyed beauty naturally caught the kennel cough that sooner or later attacks every dog in the shelter. That’s no big deal to treat but sadly for Lucis, he’s been listed on tomorrow’s Kill List. We can’t let that happen but righting that wrong will require the kindness of a terrier loving New Yorker.
