Four years ago today, March 30th Deacon Winston O. Cannady, Sr. went home to be with the Lord. It does not seem like 4 years. I am grateful for the time we shared and the 2 beautiful children we had . I am thankful for the ones that were with us during his last few moments of life, (Deacon Wardell and Mildred Moore of Mount Paran, Deacon Surrey and Lumarion Young from 1st Bap. Highland Park, Rev. Lawrence Anderson (deceased), Beth his mother (deceased) Patricia his sister, Kevin, Winston II. and Ashley his children, at the time Minster Roy Holbrook now Rev. who came on behalf of my pastor Rev. Dr. Willie T.Lawson and myself. Thank you all for the support and love. Now today 4 years later his son Winston is beginning his life as a chef. As one door closes another opens. We will celebrate today for Winston with family and friends at the Osaka Grill in Crofton at 4:00 p.m. Continue to pray for Winston as he begins a new chapter in his life. God bless you all!
