Fourteen years ago today Miss Hannah Kristine came into the world- 26 hours of difficult labor almost caused my ob/gyn to retire Im sure! But you were worth every moment, Hannah! You were the most beautiful, precious site my eyes had ever seen. Over the years you have inspired me, stretched me, challenged me, entertained me, made me laugh, scream, cry and rejoice in ways beyond words. As a teenager, some days I wish youd find some other house to haunt, but really I couldnt imagine life without you. As far as teenagers go, youre pretty clean. Your room is tidy most of the time and you arent too much trouble. I love the way you watch the old-fashioned shows with me like Murder She Wrote- and you REALLY enjoy them. I love that youre old enough to bring me a cup of morning coffee right sometimes, and even though you arent real keen being seen out in public with me, you still want to snuggle in bed with your Mama sometimes, especially when youre sick...(did I just write that in public? LOL-paybacks!) Honestly, I am so proud of you for the lovely young lady you are becoming. You are a great big sister and a cherished daughter. Love you Hannah! Happy Birthday!
