Fox News Report Flash - Jackie Chan is confirmed dead at age 59. Chan fell 12 stories from a building while filming one of his latest upcoming movies when the accident happened, losing balance on a beam without a harness as he does in all his movies. Investigations are currently underway to determine what caused this accident to occur. Raw footage of his fall has been recorded and leaked to fox news but cannot be broadcasted over the air so it was uploaded via the internet for the public to view.
