Fox & Weeks is privileged to serve the family and loved ones of Diane Marie Bracken, 57, who died on April 3 at Hospice House. She was born in 1957 at Telfair Hospital in Savannah. She was a graduate of Beach High School and was employed by Coastal Medical. Diane was preceded in death by her father, Joseph John Bracken, and her beloved dog and loyal companion, Tessie. She is survived by her son, Christopher L. Bracken, mother, Marie A. Bracken, brothers, Joseph J. Bracken, of Palmetto, FL, Michael J. Bracken, of Savannah, GA, and several cousins in Florida and New York. She is also survived by many close and loving friends. A memorial service was held on Sunday at the Fox & Weeks Hodgson Chapel. The family would like to thank the staff of Coastal Medical, Hospice Savannah and the Lewis Cancer Center. Remembrances may be made to Hospice Savannah.
