Foxtrace Community Members! For those of who have been inquiring about the Neighborhood Watch I have important information for you all to view. I have created Block Regions by mapping out and breaking down the Foxtrace Community. Each Block Region is assigned a number. I need someone within that region to be a Block Leader. The block leaders will be responsible for helping me get the word out in regards to the Neighborhood Watch program. The Block Leaders will need to go around pass out flyers (only for the residents who do not have internet access), collect contact information, help with meeting, and etc. To have a successful neighborhood watch program we need contact information for the following reasons A) I have created a new Foxtrace Neighborhood Community page that will be strictly for Foxtrace residents and homeowners who own property within the Foxtrace community. This will be a private page. Before I can add anyone to that page, I will need to verify your name and address. Sagewood Community has a neighborhood watch program, and they have the same protocol for their community Facebook page. B) The second reason why I need this information is for when an incident may occur to one our neighbors or their property. For example, if someone is away on vacation and their property gets damaged I will be the point of contact reaching out to the renter or homeowner. There are many great reasons as to why a community contact sheet would be beneficial. If you would like further explanation then I can explain more into detail. PLEASE NOTE The block leaders will be collecting the residents contact information such as Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and etc. Upon completion, they will pass a copy of their contact sheets to the coordinators. The coordinators will be the only ones that have access to all of the Foxtrace residents contact information. Now due to Foxtrace being such a large neighborhood I have 26 block regions. Some of the block leaders may have a lot of houses to cover in their area, while others not so much. PLEASE MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY WITH THE NUMBER FOR THE BLOCK REGION THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO COVER. Please live within this region as I will be relying on you to keep me informed of when new residents move in and when residents move out. By this Sunday, January 18 I would like to have all my block regions with assigned block leaders. Once I have every region filled then I will discuss more into detail with my block leaders. PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD This page surely does not have every Foxtrace resident listed on it, as some of the residents may not have Internet access or they may not be aware of the page. PLEASE NOTE the World of Foxtrace page will continue to remain active. However, this will be my last thread in regards to the Neighborhood Watch on this particular page, so please be sure that when our block leaders go around that you provide them with the information they need. This way all of you can be kept informed of what all we have to say. NOW PLEASE SCROLL THROUGH ALL OF THE MAPPED OUT BLOCK REGIONS AND READ THE COMMENTS TO GATHER MORE INFORMATION.
