France can be a sanctuary for parents on the run as does not operate like many countries under British Law (i.e.: US Corporation, Canada Corporation), therefore Admiralty Law (family courts) in which children are regarded as dead/lost at sea/forfeit to the Crown through the birth cert. would not apply. I wonder about French neighbours such as New Caledonia/Tahiti etc as safe for Aussie families on the run from Child Protection Scam Workers & courts?
