Frances needs something to wear for her concert Saturday. The dress code, as specified in email *today*, is white on top and black on the bottom. Frances only wears dresses (she insists she doesnt want to wear a blouse and skirt, not that weve found that either). Does anyone have a dress fitting this description, size 5 or 6, or know where to find one? Youd think it would be easy, but we visited every kids clothing store in the Burlington mall (including Sears and Macys, which had appropriate dresses, but no smaller than size 7, which falls off her shoulders), and found nothing in her size. Lots of black on top, white on the bottom, but nothing the other way around. Help?
