Free Ballroom Workshop by Kara Ward Fry. Enroll at leavittcenter. Here is her biography. She has some awesome Ballroom Dance Experience! Karalee Fry was raised in Rexburg Idaho. Growing up she quickly learned that she had a strong passion for Ballroom Dancing. Her first year on a Ballroom Dance team, she worked extremely hard and after 9 months of practice she was fortunate enough to compete with her team at the world’s competition in Blackpool, England. She knew after that experience that ballroom dancing would always be a part of her life. She has competed in ballroom for BYU-Idaho for 4 years and traveled all over the nation to perform and compete. While at BYU- Idaho she worked separately to test and receive her USABDA certification with high honors. That summer she toured Ron Montez to teach Ballroom camps throughout southeast Idaho. Since receiving her certification she has worked with Arthur Murray studios in Santa Barbara and taught with professional studios in Des Moines, Iowa. She was given the opportunity to work with an actor training institute for Broadway.
