Wednesday September, 26, 2012: The corrupt Badal & Son dynastic government of Indian Occupied Punjab, (which has been in alliance, for many years, with the morally repugnant, Neo-fascist BJP, a Hinduvta party of the Indian demoNcracy) has, out of the blue, launched state-sponsored terrorism in the Sikh Homeland, last week by arresting, on trumped up charges, two respected Sikh leaders, the just elected President of the Akali Dal Panch Pardhani (ADPP) Bhai Kulbir Singh Barapind, (who is also an elected member of the Shromini Gurdwara Prabandhik Committee), along with the outgoing president of the ADPP, Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, a patriotic Sikh intellectual. Both the Akal Dal Panch Pardhani (ADPP) leaders were arrested by the mercenary Punjab police, headed by the notorious ‘uniformed thug and murderer, currently Director General of Punjab Police, Sumedh Saini, a Badal confidant, who has in the past organized a campaign of murder in which thousands of Sikh youth were murdered, in extra judicial killings, in the Indian occupied Sikh Homeland, during the Sikh revolt of the 1980 and 1990’s. The murders by the Punjab Police were carried out with a ’wink and a nod’ and encouragement of the then Director General of Punjab Police, the infamous ‘lush’, K.P.S. Gill. The two ADPP patriotic leaders have been charged with waging war against the Indian state, which boasts armed forces numbering over two million men, (led by nearly a thousand pot-bellied Generals) equipped with the latest imported military equipment. Some sources in the Sikh Homeland of Punjab think that the Badal and Son & family ruling ‘gang’, in Indian occupied Punjab, is smarting (or is unnerved) under the ‘weight’ and implications of the ongoing legal suite launched against Parkash Singh Badal Senior, by a diaspora patriotic Sikh organization, SIKHS FOR JUSTICE, accepted by a Wisconsin court in the United States. This legal development could endanger the corrupt Badal family’s illegal and shady investments abroad and may, a la the Neo-Nazi Gujrat Chief minister Narendra Modi, even restrict their travel abroad. Readers may recall that over the years, respected Sikh patriot, Bhai Daljit Singh has been charged in more than two dozen false cases by the Union and state governments in India but he has not been convicted in any case. Recently he was acquitted on three different counts of sedition (Sec. 124-A, Indian Penal Code) as the trial courts found that charges of sedition were ill-founded against him. Due to many false cases, filed by the Indian government, Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, a patriotic Sikh intellectual has had to spend more than 12 years of his life, under torture, in various filthy prisons of India without ever being convicted. Various Sikh Social, Political, Religious and Human Rights Organizations of Indian Occupied Punjab have jointly condemned last Sunday’s arrest of the above mentioned Sikh leaders, Bhai Kulbir Singh Barapind (President of Akali Dal Panch Pardhani & an elected member of Shromini Akali Dal) and Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu a former President of ADPP). At a joint press conference held last Sunday (September 23, 2012) in the Jalandhar Press Club, in Indian Occupied Punjab, a dozen Sikh Organizations {which included Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (Mann Dal), Dal Khalsa, Khalsa Action Committee, SAD (Sutantar), Pandhic Sewa Lehar (Baba Babljeet Singh Daduwal), Co-ordination Committee for the Disappeared (CCDP), Khalsa Mission Organization (KMO), Punjab Human Rights Organization (PHRO), International Human Rights Organization (IHRO), Ek Noor Khalsa Fauj and Sikh Students Federation} described the arrests of the two Sikh leaders as ‘state-terrorism’, which indeed it is. It is common knowledge in Indian Occupied Punjab, and among the three million strong muscular and prosperous Sikh diaspora spread all over the world, that, Akali Dal Panch Pardhani (ADPP) has been working democratically and peacefully among the Sikh masses of Indian Occupied Punjab while emphasising the importance of distinctiveness and uniqueness of the Sikh identity which would secure respect for “Shabad Guru”. India’s ruling elite, dominated by the morally repugnant Brahmin/Bania minority (less than 8% of the Indian population) has however, been working to dilute Sikh identity ever since the British Colonials quit South Asia in haste, in August 1947, after handing over the instruments of state power to Brahmins like Pundit Jawahar Lal Nehru. It is not widely known outside the Sikh Homeland of Punjab that, India’s rulers have been encouraging (and covertly financing) numerous ‘deras’ like the Radha Swamis, Narankaris, Sacha Sauda and many others, (which are in reality a land mafia of the Punjab) to harm the concept of Shabad Guru, which has resulted in dividing the Sikh population of Indian Occupied Punjab. This indeed is the basic reason behind repeated arrests of respected ADPP leaders, like Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu who have persisted in exposing these ‘dirty tricks’ of Indian government’s numerous intelligence agencies like RAW et al.
