Free viewing this week only. A little less than 60 minutes long. People have wondered how I recently dropped 30 lbs and my waist went from 36 to 32 inches. I did not exercise. I just did my usual dancing schedule. What I did change was change the way I ate. I stopped eating sugar and wheat/grain (cereals, bread, etc.) and increased my fats. That is the opposite of the USDA recommended food pyramid from the 1970s. This is low carb, high fat, moderate protein. I hope ALL of my friends will watch this movie and share it. It will answer a lot of questions about what causes heart disease, obesity, diabetes, inflammation and high blood pressure. And there is a special treat at the end about good cholesterol.
