#FreeholdTownship #CrimeReports New York Man charged with Robbery of Hollister Store in Freehold Raceway Mall Luis G. Bohorquez, a a 34-year-old Male from East Elmhurst, New York, was arrested & charged with (1) Robbery, (1) Possession Burglars tools & (1) Criminal Mischief on September 12th, 2014. On or about this date it is alleged that the defendant knowingly did commit the act of Robbery according to criminal complaints by purposely using physical force upon loss prevention officers at the Hollister store located in the Freehold Raceway Mall in the Township of Freehold in an attempt to flee the store during a shoplifting of merchandise valued at $1,588.00 with the intent to deprive the store of the full retail value. The defendant was found to knowingly be in possession of a large silver magnet and a metal prying tool used to remove the inventory security devices on merchandise in the store. The defendant did purposely cause damage to a sliding door at this store valued at $600.00 in the course of the robbery. Bail was set in the amount of $105,000.00 with no option to post 10%.
