Fremont Police Officers handled the following Calls for Service over the weekend of 08/30โ€“ 08/31: Investigated an open gate after hours at a Main Street Business. Investigated an open door after hours at a Danville Road home. Investigated an open door at a business on Spaulding Road. Police took a report of a suspicious auto on Chester Road. Responded to the area of Tuck Drive in reference to ongoing complaints of Speeding vehicles. Police took a report of a minor motor vehicle collision that had occurred earlier in the week. Officers spoke with a resident about a pending divorce. No criminal acts had occurred, but he wished to have some information documented in reference to the upcoming matters. Police met a resident at the Safety Complex in reference to completing Community Service work. Fremont Officer responded with Brentwood Fire Department for a Fire Alarm activation after the Brentwood Officer could not be reached by radio. Police investigated an open door at a Main Street business. Police checked suspicious activity at a Sandown Road home. Officers investigated suspicious activity on Riverside Drive. Police responded to Bean Road for a report of a stolen vehicle. Turned out to be a civil dispute between parties going through a divorce. A Main Street resident called with questions about motor vehicle laws. Police, Rescue, and Ambulance personnel responded to a Main Street home for a Medical Aid call. Responded to the Rockingham Recreation Trail in reference to a complaint about ATVs riding on posted property. Police took a report of an ongoing neighbor dispute that had possibly escalated to the point that one of the parties ran the other subject off the road with his vehicle. Police responded to Bean Road for a Domestic Disturbance. Officers attempted to serve court paperwork to a Frost Lane resident. Police responded to Main Street for a report of a vehicle operating recklessly. Conducted 59 Business Checks Conducted 14 Vacant House Checks Stopped 12 Motor Vehicles for violations. Investigated 2 Animal Control related issue.
