French toast and dragon fruit sorbet for my 20m28d this - TopicsExpress

French toast and dragon fruit sorbet for my 20m28d this morning I prepared French toast for my girl using: - one slice Pura sesame bread, which I baked yesterday (recipe: 17chipmunks.wordpress/2014/09/25/pura-sesame-bread-loaf/) - for above 1 yo -egg -1w tsp chopped Coon Extra tasty cheese -olive oil to pan fry She woke up about 845am and I need to go to the wet market. Instead of fussing around and making her eat, I packed the breakfast - which she actually happily ate both on the way to and back from market (she had half of what was prepared) Back home, since she was sweaty, I offered her dragon fruit sorbet (fresh dragon fruit, farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yogurt - blended and freeze). She happily had the whole sorbet while I cleaned groceries bought from market. I had a fairly good morning with my 20m28d - and wishing a better day/weekend ahead. There are many parenting approaches - no one way is the best. I am posting not to say that I am applying the best method (I hope I apply a soft approach) but to share my experience and hopefully can get some assurance that this could be good enough/a phase or so forth (I know I dont need to explain but just being cheong-hei). Moreover, advice should only be given after a matter is looked holistically (e.g what has been done before, omitted...etc). Most importantly, my objectives hopefully - my girl will turn opinionated (not robot) and at the same time, not controlling (seeing her way of doing things is the best and expect others to follow). *ok-shut-up-Celine* Happy Friday!
