Frequently we see our goats self-segregate based on breed....Mini-Manchas and Nubians. I often wonder about their alliances and relationships (yes, Im one of those people). Luke, Han, and Ginger share the nursery stall right now....2 Nubian brothers and 1 Mini-mancha. Sometimes in the mornings Ginger is sleeping alone and the two brothers are snuggled together. Sometimes, when it is really cold all three are together, but Ginger is on the edge of the pile. I wonder if she doesnt like them, or if they wont let her snuggle. Last night we tethered everyone as per usual for feeding except we brought them out one by one to the milk stand for hoof trimming. Watch what happens when Luke is moved out of the stall. Ginger goes crazy (and we didnt really capture the worst of her tantrum). She did the same thing when we returned Luke and took Han out.
