Fresh Ingredients!! Day 5 of Advertising, Sharing and Supporting Vitalis Bistro! PLEASE SHARE THIS POST- SOMETHING IMPORTANT AND UNIQUE ABOUT VITALIS THAT MANY PEOPLE DONT KNOW! HELP US SPREAD THE WORD!!! Thank you! Have you ever been in a restaurant with a group of 5 or 6, ordered appetizers, main course, drinks and everything showed up in 5 minutes? Have you ever wondered how could all this food get prepared so quickly? Or may be it wasnt prepared right now at all: it was frozen, microwaved, out of a jar, sat in a warming place for hours... How come we dont mind to pay high prices and are ready to wait in a nice, full service restaurant? It is because we know that food is made fresh, just for us, just out of the oven, out of chefs hands. Many people dont know how unique Vitalis Bistro truly is.. We combine a bistro type, inexpensive menu and at the same time prepare food just for you, right there. Thats why there is sometimes a little wait.. Its a miracle- WE TAKE NOTHING OUT OF A JAR OR FREEZER! All ingredients are fresh: pizza dough, sandwiches, burrito, crepes, salads and dressings. We make it from scratch for you and it does reflect on quality and taste! My burrito was piping hot, well cooked, fresh, and attractively arranged on my plate. The owner actually works right at the counter, and even introduced himself, and his wife and son, who happened to be stopping by. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WOW. Vitalis delivered today to my office.., and I am blown away. I ordered the baked falafel sandwich with veggies, with the Korean carrot salad and Israeli salad on the side, followed by a cinnamon sugar crepe. The sandwich was just amazing, I cant rave enough about it. Perfectly yummy. The salads were refreshing on the side (the carrot salad is not spicy as the menu indicates, it ranks below a mild). Im eating the crepe right now and was so excited by how good everything is that I started writing the review before I even finished eating. Nothing was greasy in any way, and the quality was top notch.
