Fresh from our garden. First picked zucchini grilled w/fresh herbs,Mikes baby back pork spareribs, w/sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, my garden vegetables, baked potatoes,cranberry sauce and mandarin oranges. My daughter ,Genevieve,loves my spareribs.secret to fall off the none ribs- I learned a trick from a great chef, Ed Hildreth. Cut the ribs to fit in a large sauce pan,cover with water,add two oranges,cut in half and squeeze the juice into the water,four apples quartered,1tablespoon ground cinnamon,1 teaspoon nutmeg and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hr. ,cool and refrigerate overnight in the pan with all the ingredients. Remove ribs from water pat dry, coat w/brown sugar, fresh ground black pepper and smother with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. Cover tightly w/ foil bake 300 deg. 1 hr. Melt in yourouth.
