Fri Dart Meeting 09/05/2014 Friday Darts Meeting 09/05/2014 @ AlleyCats There was a proposal that every player or bar owner who attended the meeting could vote. The proposal was carried. There was a proposal that the Friday Darts would adopt the Wednesday Darts Rules. The proposal was not carried. We then voted on every difference between the Wednesday and Friday Darts Leagues. Results not relevant now (see below). The 4 teams who were proposing to vote for the Wednesday Rule change left the meeting. After which it was discussed whether to carry on with the Friday Darts League with only 4 teams. Stu offered to continue to administer the league for the 4 remaining teams, but there was no enthusiasm to carry on. Since the Friday Darts League was in-flux, it was decided the 4 teams which wanted the Wednesday League Rule change would carry on as the Friday Darts League. The meeting at AlleyCats was closed and transferred to Allies. ================================= Friday Darts Meeting 09/05/2014 @ Allies Election of Officers Paul Southgate - President Albert Clifford - Vice President Stu Buckingham - Secretary Stu Buckingham - Treasurer The Wednesday Darts Rules were adopted with the exception of keeping the double-in, double-out games. It was decided that all fees, once paid, are non-refundable for any reason, except for the Refundable Forfeit Fee, except in the cases where forfeits had been paid out on behalf of the team requesting a refund. Refunds of the Refundable Forfeit Fee will only be made to teams which are leaving the league. It was decided that any bar who hosted a dart meeting would be eliminated from the next draw until every other bar had their turn at hosting the meeting. No decision was made about where the next meeting would be held. The meeting was closed. =========================================== The Friday Darts League will commence on 09/19/2014 Teams must sign up by Friday 12th @ Allies between 2-4PM Teams Currently wanting to join this Friday League are Allies 1&2, AlleyCats & WildCats, Beer Bunker, Hooyah!!, Kookaburra, Midnight Rambler. Other teams are still welcome to sign up before 4pm on Friday 12th Sept. Please text Stu @ 0998 160 8805 If you would like to join the League. The fees are P750 Season Fee plus P1000 Refundable Forfeit Fee and must be paid by 4pm Friday 12th Sept to the Treasurer. Only new teams need to pay these fees. Existing teams (the first six teams listed above) fees will be absorbed by the league, this season only.
