Friday I called Verizon and asked them to transfer my numbers to another office, same building.....3 times the guy called me back to ask questions...should have known then how this was going to go. They scheduled for Monday between 8-5.....no show......called Monday and 30 minutes spent on phone first time stating that they ordered a jack for us.........really? second call on Monday 48 minutes of how the other person screwed up but they would have someone there Tuesday.....between 8-5......Low and behold 8:30 a technician..yay....had no clue that he had to transfer three lines......and no the DSL was not involved in this (and yes I have a roll over number and DSL package) ...59 minutes on the phone with the first person today trying to get DSL back on,........nope no go......thank Goodness for Sam who I finally got a hold of and got us our DSL .......but wait....now I have no caller ID (which of course I have had for 2 years) so yet another 30 minutes on the phone......3.5 hours on the phone with Verizon 48 hours later and I finally got my transfer of my services 15 feet to my new office..........Comcast is looking better and better all the time.
