Friday May 2nd our very own CEO , Chris Iglesias, will receive an Award by The Laborers’ Local 304 Oakland at the 5th Annual LCTF Workforce Celebration! The award is a representation on how The Unity Council is helping with job training to the undeserved residents of Oakland helping to advance career pathways through responsible growth and community workforce development programs. The evening will honor individuals in the Community who exemplify LCTF’s Mission. Honorees for the evening include Robert Arns, Partner at Arns Law Firm, Chris Iglesias, CEO of The Unity Council, and Sheilah Goulart, Director of YouthBuild. #50yearsofservice
