Friday the13th John went to pay my NRMA insurance.the girl scan his card for the payment then realised we still owe for one month as that was how we were paying before.she said will void the transaction ,John said NO he would pay the extra by another card,the girl said no so you guessed it ,it was voided.When we checked the account the money voided was not put back into our account so all week I have been going back to the NRMA and the I M B trying to get our money .DId not succeed had to fill in a form with the I MB so they can find where the money has gone. So if this happens to you please check your account .NRMA sucks
