Fridays 5 minute challenge is all about the burpee. 5 variations of a standard burpee to burn some max calories heading into the weekend. Instead of doing 1 minute of each with no rest, I want you to do 45 sec with 15 sec of active recovery or 30 sec with 30 sec of active recovery to equal 1 minute. Active recovery is lowering your heart rate while still moving, example walking in place or moving side to side slowly vs a full rest where you stop any exercise.
