Fridays post......yesterday, inspite of my positivity the afternoon wasnt so good..i found myself realy missing my son, i find that every once in a while no matter whats going on in my life i can become overcome with emotions......i dont think i.ll ever be o.k. everyday of my life but.....even though i was kinda a mess i did find some positive things to turn me around.....my thoughts of Lyle Lamont made me smile, and remember a ton of good times we had together.....so if i can find positive thoughts after an emotionaly charged afternoon.....so can you..... and not all your day is gonna be fantastic, but find that one thing to make you smile and focus on it.......it realy is that easy...one great memory can lift you up, even when you dont think so......keep your positivity up and have a great day.....post one positive thing about your day in the comments.....it will feel good ....not just for you, but for me and others.....
