Friend School----Last Friday our students (223 of them) and their parents raised $25,000 for a storm shelter. What a great community! Today Shelter Oklahoma with the help of Farm Bureau donated $25,000 more to our Shelter fund. Thanks to Representative Scott Biggs, Senator Ron Justice, Representative Jon Echols, Representative Mark McBride, Representative David Perryman, John R.H. Collison of Oklahoma Farm Bureau and the Board Members of Oklahoma Farm Bureau for your kindness in helping the Friend Public School with our shelter. Thanks to farmers and ranchers nation wide who donated to Farm Bureau to help Oklahoma recover from our tornados. FRIEND STUDENTS--- one of the Farm Bureau Board members told me to tell you that your fund raising efforts last Friday made it easy to decide to help Friend School. Way to go FRIEND FALCONS We are having the ground breaking on Friday Sept. 13 at 10 a.m. in our School auditorium. The public is invited.
