Mushroom Pepper Chicken 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 of a green pepper (or a whole one depending on your preference) 1/2 container of mushrooms (or more depending on your preference) 1 tablespoon of minced garlic A handful of shredded cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease bottom of pan for easy clean up Place chicken breasts in pan In separate pan sautée mushrooms, green peppers and garlic with a little bit of coconut oil (or canola or vegetable will work) Place sautéed peppers and mushrooms on top of chicken breasts Top with cheese to your liking!
