Friends: An update on Jerry Jones. He is in ICU at Spring Valley Hospital, as his surgery yesterday to remove his gallbladder was met with some complications. But I was told last night by his nurse that he should recover fine after some rest. I was with Jerry for a time, and he seemed drowsily bemused by his surroundings. He was on a ventilator, but was responsive with hand gestures -- waving and thumbs up and the like. It will be a few days before he is to be released.
