Friends...Family...Colleagues...D.J.: Soulbeer has had a whirlwind couple of days. Patrick, Toph and I went into the studio with management on Tuesday night to get some of the cobwebs off and prepare for our upcoming shows. We ended up playing for hour and then the Rhythm Section did its thing while Toph and D.J. freestyle rapped. #Productive. Last night, having been inspired by the amount of fun we had in the studio on the previous night, Miles joined us in the studio. Its been a while since Soulbeer has fired on all cylinders, but behind those closed doors last night we were firing on all our cylinders, and on cylinders that didnt even belong to us. The purpose of this message is not to bring you some all important information about an upcoming show. This post is an attempt to calm you all down. Soulbeer has not gone away, its just been taking a power nap. I feel confident in speaking for all of the other members in saying that last night was the best weve played in a long time. Were very excited about our Thanksgiving shows, and we hope you are too. Theyre going to be as great as Tophs mustache. And if you havent seen Tophs mustache, youre doing everything wrong. Sit tight family. Were working hard for you. In the mean time, just sit back and take solace in the fact that were gonna get werider than weird towards the end of November.
