Friends I am asking you again for your prayers and support. I have 2 Major events happening between the 14th and the 23rd of November. Next week Friday I will be traveling to Texas For a steampunk photoshoot/workshop with two incredible photographers! One is from Europe and is a very prominent, well known and Highly respected photographer in the Steam Punk industry. He is Also the other photographers inspiration. This experience is more than I can even imagine but the opportunity it presents is amazing! I am very fortunate and blessed to have this. Months ago when I chose to be involved with Steam Punk Chuck I had No idea where it would lead. What I did know is that his work was beautiful and his mission statement encouraging for me and Women in general. Women of all ages dont have to be naked to be seen as Beautiful or Graceful. Women, over the age of 30 who have Lived their lives, have a story to tell within a single photo. Chuck wanted me because of my fitness background. When we spoke it was usually him getting Me to tell him my story. He has been a huge encouragement to me and an Amazing friend. In the beginning I was afraid to move for fear of being yelled at..... Not by him, just in general because of my past. Slowly I have been working through that and hope that with this shoot I will be able to express the emotions I need to and him fully capable to capture the moments. I ask for your silent encouragement and prayers. This work is not as easy as what we think, Lol, it is fun but it is still work. The next event I am doing starts on Wednesday the 19th and goes until Sunday the 23rd. It is a Modeling and Acting Expo. There will be 40 - 50 agents watching 500 talented, hand picked people of all ages. I am one of the hand picked!!!!! I have been chosen to walk for Fashion and Bikini, also to present a monologue and a two person scene. What this means is..... if I do well and Any of the agents like me I could get picked up by an agency. I would Love to Act! To be on T.V. or in the movies! This is what I have been working towards. There is also Print work and more Runway show possibilities. For those of you that I grew up with in Alaska.... I hope that you remember how much I enjoyed theater class or how dramatic I was. I would like to believe that I had some talent. Lol I will probably be the ONLY over 40 woman walking the runway in a Bikini! I hope to represent us all and show that we are Beautiful at All ages. My monologue is based on my recent past with divorce. I felt I could give the proper emotional delivery. It Will be hard as I Actually have to touch that painful nerve center. But that is the nature of acting to be able to deliver emotions. I ask you for Positive thoughts and Prayers and Emotional support and to keep your fingers crossed that I knock it out of the park!!!! I feel strong and have AWESOME people in my corner. You are some of them! Thank you for all that you are!!!!!! I Love You
