Friends, Sierra Leoneans and countrymen, is EBK running SL like a successful business that has the tendency to grow faster or is he using the status quo strategy and/or leading the country to bankruptcy which will probably result into liquadition ?? It is very disgusting to know as a matter of fact that the SL police can humilate and arrest innocent SLeoneans when required by a Labanese man all because of money!! How can the SL police stoop so low and remain ignorant of the fact that they are molesting themselves and the country as a whole while practicing such a diabolic act. It is so sad to see us living in the darkness when we are the light !! The big question here is .....Who`s responsible for all these mess ??? I guess we are, because we have all the powers available for us to get rid of all the people we elected to manage our country for us when they are not functioning as expected. We all know the truth that the problem we are having in SL is what we call in business studies... MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. A situation that exist in a company when the manager refuses to work in the interest of the shareholders with the notion in mind that bankruptcy of the company will not affect him because he will still receive his salary or else find another company if necessary. In this case we are the shareholders of the company(Sierra Leone) and the political leaders are the managers. One method used in business to solve this problem is to involve the managers to have a stake in the company for instance by having shares of the company. The manager will then become serious because his own capital is in the business and he knows that if the business collapses, it will affect him and will therefore work hard to avoid such a situation. Now how can we apply this strategy into the SL business ?? Can we make these politicians serious about their jobs or we just have to fire them and look for a better manager???Please, I need some answers from the wise men!!
