Friends an urgent and important warning! Beware of Pepperfry !!!!! They claim to be Indias no1 online Furniture, Home and Living destination, offering various products across categories like Furniture, Home Décor, Furnishings. They put up attractive photos of furniture. Dont be fooled. They do not have most of these products in stock. They say that they ship your product within a week and by ten days you get it! All hoax! I had ordered something and made full payment for the same. It is over a month now I am still waiting.The customer service agents do not have a clue as to where the product has been shipped to. With each call they have new versions to tell me about the location of my order. Maam it is in transit, Maam this has not been handed to the courier yet, Maam this is in Jodhpur, this will go to Delhi tomorrow. This is in Kolkata now- These are their pack of lies that comes in defense. Actually this is the way they fool customers especially in the non-metro cities. This is needless to say my first and last order with this company. And I am now going to take a strict legal action and move to consumer court to put an end to their trickery! Meanwhile I am trying to figure out the name of the man who heads this useless enterprise!!!!!
