Friends, forgive me for being fascinated with Bible prophesies, the Lord is showing me some awesome end times events that are capturing my heart in a way I couldnt even imagine... When I post something about end times prophesies my only goal is to excite you in a way that you too get capture by these awesome truths... Here is a parallel of Daniel and the apostle John. Daniel describes in the following verses the same event John describes in his vision of Revelation 20:4-6,11-15 which is the setting of the Great White Throne Judgment men go through before eternal life is rewarded to them. This judgment is described here as if it happens during the thousand years mentioned in Rev 20:4-6. Daniel 7:9-10 “I watched till thrones were put in place, [Rev 20:4a, 11] And the Ancient of Days was seated; [Rev 11 He who sat on them] His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire; 10 A fiery stream issued [the lake of fire Rev 20:15] And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; [all spiritual beings are with the Lord, this might include the 24 elders around the throne of God and the 144,000, both groups are redeemed from the earth] Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. [the ones to be judged, Rev 20:12-13] The court was seated, And the books were opened. [Rev 20:12] NOW COMPARE THIS WITH The Great White Throne Judgment [Revelation 20:4-5, 11-15] 4 And I saw thrones, and they [the first resurrection saints 20:5] sat on them, and judgment was committed to them... 5 ...this [saints] is the first resurrection... 11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. It is in this passage of Rev 20 that the Bible --ONLY-- SPEAKS OF A PERIOD OF A THOUSAND YEARS. The reason, I believe, this period is for the judgment only and not as people believe we will live an extra thousand years after Jesus comes back. This period of time is not necessarily literal as per 2 Pet 3:8 and Psalms 90:4 in which both verses state that for the Lord one thousand years is as.. a day, yesterday and a watch in the night... I love how the Bible is not contradicting at all, we find confusion and contradiction when men doctrines are created... He who have ears let them hear what the Spirit says... the Spirit of God teaches us, not men.
