Friends from Hereford, yes SAS are stationed in the county, when they come up to retirement through age or injury, too many agents from BP and big business looking for mercenaries. Offers of £300k + per annum to kill local people in far off places and to protect oil and mineral deals.... a lot say NO and find time to enjoy family life and make visits to The Regiment... but some say Yes... and some are being paid to kill people on behalf of UK and USA corporations ....or so I believe , of course I cannot prove this but I also believe the UK government are aware of ex military staff working in security roles abroad.
