Friends, never doubt for one moment that God is alive and at work here in this new church. And never forget why people visit a new church: because they were INVITED! Who can you invite to join us next Sunday? Whose heart is God using you to write on? Status Update, with permission from Taylor Sheppard, Joined our new church this morning. Some people have to visit a church for a significant amount of time before they join or feel called to join, but I knew immediately. Tj Sheppard and I knew from the moment we walked in the doors at Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church - PCUSA that God had put us there and wanted it to be our new church home. That was about three weeks ago. I feel like I have been going there my whole life...I am at home. I am thankful to have found such an amazing resource for our family as we grow together in life and in Christ. I feel whole again. Praise GOD!! :) ♥
