Friends of BurnsNicht It is Decision Time for BurnsNicht 2015 ! As of today, I have reservation /commitment for the American Legion Hall, the caterer and James Edwards the BagPiper so Id like to proceed with scheduling the event which requires commitment for participation and payment. The ticket price will remain the same - $150 with the same filet mignon entree and Haggis; salad / soup / dessert may change and I / caterer are open to suggestions. Beverage menu will be similar with premium single malts, red wine and Scottish Ales. We need a minimum commitment of 30 participants ASAP; the caterer requires that by January 17th with a $1,200 deposit due that day. I am not in a position to personally commit deposits so we must have a commitment / promise to pay by that date for 30 people or we cannot proceed. Bob Sutton and I are still working on getting the web site functional for credit card payments but that may not happen by Jan 17th so please be prepared to send me a check for $150 before that date. I will send an email requesting that payment ASAP as soon as I can determine the feasibility of having enough participants to proceed. I have attached a list of participants from Docs emails which reflects Yes / No / Maybes as of today. Please review and reply with any details Im missing and your commitment for attending ASAP!
