Friends, one of our FTLTD Friends has asked for some help if you could be so kind.... Ingrid Pearson A friend of mine needs some help with his 7 year old Westie. About a week ago this normally spunky girl began having trouble jumping up on the bed. Now she is having trouble just getting up off the floor and she has not pooped for 4 days. The problem seems to be mainly in her hind legs/back. She has been to the Vet a couple times for blood work, scans, X-rays and thorough exams but still no answers. Her owners are terribly concerned. Her lifestyle, home, food, environment etc.. has not changed recently. If anyone has any ideas what could be causing these symptoms your help would be much appreciated.
