Friends, our food community here on the island is a strong one... And so when one of us need a serious group hug, we deliver. Our super amazing organic greens grower and local organic food delivery superstar Soliel lost her Grandmother this week, and so is taking the week to be with family. Much love, friend. What does this mean for you? Since we only use Soleils epic greens, we wont be offering green salads this week or lettuces on sandwiches. We will however be making a huge batch of our amazing local potato salad.. And there even might be a sighting of the summer-favourite curried couscous pilaf salad. Because theres bound to be a bumper harvest of greens next week, well be ever so happy to provide you all with those monster salads weve got you craving.. Just in time for that month of rich shortbread cookies and creamy baileys coffee.
