Though I did not do the good feeling because I had to discuss soccer (matter of 1-4 W-cup) in Colombia, Mexican is very cheerful, and there are many people who can speak English.It is the country which is easy to do a trip for a Japanese in one of Central and South America. 海抜4000m、気温-10度 湿度５％の南米の高地から海抜0m、気温３２度、湿度９５％の中米へ。 現在は、常夏のカリブ海、メキシコのカンクンに滞在しています。 ここはカリブ海の中でも水質が良く、砂浜の白さが海に透けた美しいコバルトブルーの海岸から船で沖合20キロくらいまで出ていきます。 すると、水深５０mくらいまである海域に出ると、海の色がまたひと味違った美しさに変化します。 そしてユカタン半島のイスラムヘーレス周辺の海域で泳いでいた時に、沢山の野生のジンベイザメの群れと遭遇することができました。 この時期にはたくさん沖合にジンベイザメが訪れるそうです。 体調約２０mほどのジンベイザメに並走して泳ぐと、自然の雄大さを肌で感じることができます。 浅いところにまでジンベイザメが上がってきているので、海水に光が差し込むことで、非常に奇麗な模様を見ることができました。 また、コロンビアでは日本のサッカー(1-4の件)をだいぶイジられて、ちょっとイラっとしましたが、メキシコ人はとても陽気な人達が多く、英語も１、２割の人は話せるので中南米の中でも旅はしやすい国だと思います。 日本はここ最近雨がかなりひどいようですね。 ８月１２日から始まる阿波踊りはちゃんと開催されるのでしょうか？？ 中南米にいながらも、阿波踊りの開催が天候に恵まれることを徳島人として祈っております！
