From Chad… Friends, Oklahomans, stoners, lend me your ears I must begin by thanking all of you who work so very hard on my behalf as well as as those of you who gave of your resources, we cannot of made such a fine showing without you. There is a tendency in the immediate aftermath of an event like an election to count winning and losing only in numerical terms. In that case, lets run the numbers. Just shy of 25% of the most rigid hard-core conservative Republican primary base is willing to vote for pro-marijuana candidates. That means that at least 25 to 50% of the Republican general electorate is willing to vote for pro marijuana candidates. Add to those numbers the pro marijuana libertarians, independents and democrats and it stands to reason that a pro marijuana independent can win in Oklahoma in 2018! Three months ago nobody thought that possible! I believe that we are at last coming to a time in our political discourse when we are ready to will playing the tired old game of Democrats versus Republicans. It is long past time that we recognize that the game has become the Democrats and Republicans versus we the people. The two parties have learned that so long as they can keep us arguing over which brand of tyranny we prefer they can continue to rule over us by swapping titles with each election cycle while shoving velvet-gloved despotism down our throats with platitudes and manners. Jefferson wrote that the tree of liberty must be watered from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants - he should have added career politicians. The Framers gave us the ability to have a bloodless revolution every two to four years at the ballot box. Nothing is so much needed at this hour as is the gutting of the establishment. Establishment politicians be they Democrat or Republican or more beholden to the establishment and its systems then they are too any idea or creed. Rome is burning and yet the Establishment writ large continues to fiddle. It is for this reason that this Indian once again goes off the reservation, so to speak, in this election cycle. Accordingly, I hereby heartily endorse the candidacyof Richard Prawdinski for Governor of Oklahoma. Further, after almost a week of contemplating calling for a recount, Ive concluded that even common core mathematicians counting at the ballot box could not have been erroneous enough to account for a 25% discrepancy. Accordingly, I hereby concede the 2014 Republican gubernatorial nomination to Mary Fallin. Its not the first time Ive been beaten by a well-funded corporately driven behemoth, nor is it likely to be the last.
