From Chris Burns, weatherman at News Lincoln County Auroras… There’s a possibility that the Aurora Borealis will be visible tonight from the Central Coast. A major magnetic storm on the Sun this week is expected to produce Northern Lights which may be observable locally. It’ll depend on sky conditions, but as it is supposed to be clear, you can start looking after sunset. Best viewing would be from midnight to dawn and away from city lights. Im going to be watching..... :)
