From Christopher C, Mallory Drive, Panama City - Roussos technician, Bradley, was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our A/C issue. I would have rated the company at 5 stars, but didnt due to a special discount they wouldnt honor. My wife printed it out and it had an expiration date, but was still on their website. Would I use them again? Yes. Note: We apologized to this customer for this inadvertent issue as the problem stemmed from a delay by a 3rd party. Were presently working on a brand-new & improved website that should be up in the next few months so this problem will never happen again.
