From Courtils to Granville via the scenic route (a lumpy but fair 55k to finish off) before a train to Saint Lo this evening. Few pics include; from an homage to General Patton in Avranches, queuing for some lunchtime market saucisson, to climbing hills and climbing steps all the way to our wonderful 1-star F1 hotel (couldnt face the harsh ground in a tent once again). Last day in the saddle as eventful as the first. Heading for the boat tomo evening in Cherbourg. Thank you to all for your support, kind words, donations and much much more, its been a privilege to do this and contribute in my own small way to Brendans ongoing legacy and of course KBRT. I wont forget this trip in a hurry. Ill leave a closing note and pics tomorrow as I leave for home so until then, good night. B
