He is originally from Romania. This monastery is the first Orthodox monastery being established in the heart of the ancient Celtic Isles in a millennium. His effort has the active support of Metropolitan Kallistos (Ware). It will be a convent (womens monastery). Services will be all in English. Fr Seraphim is an awesome priest and monastic very articulate, pastoral and extremely well educated.
