From Frank Gashumbas Post Today was Aisha Nabukeeras Visitation Day. As a family, we started living with Aisha Nabukeera in 2006, after she was brutally burnt by her Step Mum, we tried all ways possible to secure justice for her, but we were frustrated by institutions that were supposed to fight for her rights, what we have achieved since 2006, we rescued her life, she was in Primary six and she is a candidate in S.6 this year. My sincere thanks goes to St. Lawrence Schools ( Mr. Mukiibi ) who gave her a scholarship from Senior one to the University. Again my appreciation to all Ugandans who contributed to her cause and those who prayed for her, for the many years i have lived with her, she seems to be a good girl and person, to take you back, she did her Primary from City Parents and she got 14 Aggregates, She did her S.4 from St. Lawrence Horizon Campus and she got a first grade with 31 Aggregates. Honestly, God does miracles on people the public had written of. Ani yali amanyi? For this I can only say thank you Frank for saving Nabukeeras life and for giving her a second chance to Live.
