But, with Jan. 17 approaching and hazard of heavy-to-intense rainfall extending into Jan. 18, we are constrained to issue this: ALBAY PROVINCIAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL Provincial Disaster Operation Center Province of Albay PDRRMC Advisory 1 TROPICAL STORM AMANG January 15, 2015 In view of the PAGASA Severe Weather Bulletins No. 1 (5am) and 2 (11am) issued today Januiary 15, 2015 wherein the center of Tropical Storm Amang was estimated based on all available data at 950 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.4 N, 134.4 E) moving West Northwest at 19 kph with a maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80 kph and expected to be 380 km East of Legazpi by Saturday morning. With this official weather warning, PDRRMC orders 1. No Sailing to Sea in the eastern seaboards of Albay for small passenger seacraft and fishing vessels. 2.
