From Its Our Cornwall—The outline application for the eco-community at West Carclaze is now in. 1,500 houses, a retail and community centre called Kresen, a school, open space, energy centres, cafes, micro-allotments are among the goodies on offer. As the Council is applying to itself for permission this might get through. Theyve used Savills of Southampton as their agent - no local agent available? Savills claim this will be a thriving, living ands [sic] self-sustaining community which contributes to the adjoining local communities. (PA14/12186)
