From Jackson, First off from the bottom of my families heart I want to thank everyone involved in the raffle.From the sponsors to the supporters and to all who sent prayers and liked or shared on social media. When I was first told about it I have to admit I was pretty furious and couldnt sleep. Ego and pride were like knives into my stomach and to be honest I didnt soften until my wife got the first check. The money was a blessing but until I seen my wifes face and the relief about just grabbing some groceries brought everything into perspective. Why spend so many hours and energy in self loathing when all that time and emotion can be spent on the beautiful appreciation towards the good people in my life and the fellowship of not just close friends but people who have never heard of us. Obviously I cant thank everyone personally as I dont even have or would want a list of the people who helped as I still have that ego war,although appreciative I wouldnt want to act funny cause of my social ineptness.I also wanted to send a special shoutout to ZOA as they really went far and beyond. So many new people who I have never met and they just went crazy. I wish I could wheel with you guys but for now its not possible and unfortunately the buggy sits and rots along side me. I stare at it all day through the back window which Im sure isnt healthy but it represents hope and the future,so just a polite no its not for sale. (LOL) Lastly to Myron and Don,thank you to which normally I ramble but there isnt anything else to say. I can not type on a phone to show the emotion and appreciation in with which my family conveys. I am not only thankful for what was for me personally but to the group and the pay it forward forum as an entity and to the true blessings it will bring in the future. A true testament and representation of the wheeling community. Sincerely thankful, the whole Jackson family who although behind now, have and will always pay it forward. A footnote from MY, Jackson is referring to Don Cheek the owner of well lit 580 641 6190 Thanks to Dons generosity Jacksons raffle made a difference.
